In order to contract with Gulotta Enterprise, applicants must be (18) years of age or older and must meet the following qualification.
- Positive Rental/ Mortgage History
- Having rental/ mortgage history; no eviction or collection for non-payment of rent/ damages, no more than three (3) late payments in a six (6) month period, fulfilling Lease Agreement, no disturbances causing termination of Lease Agreement and/ or no default on a mortgage.
- All rental mortgage references are to be listed on application.
- Secure Employment
- Employment at least twelve (12) months
- Sufficient income
- Gross monthly income must meet three (3) times the amount of rent. Loans, grants, child support, etcetera is considered income, but must be confirmed by legal documents.
- Positive Credit History
- Having credit history; not to include medical accounts and deferred student loans.
- Positive Criminal History
- Having no criminal history; not include traffic violations.
- A copy of Driver’s License/ picture ID, along with a $25.00 Application fee is required with application.
At no time will the Application Fee be
refunded. The Security Deposit is required within one (1) week after application has been approved.
Pets are allowed upon approval of management. Pet Fee is non-refundable.
If living with a spouse, partner, or roommate then both/all potential residents must fill out an application.
